The GPD team makes carrying laptop around much more easier with some of their mini laptops line. One of their latest release in-line will be the GPD MicroPC 2 in this case. This mini laptop measures at only ~17.1 cm x 11.1 cm and it only weigh at ~490g. At such dimension and weight, this device can potentially be slotted into a big pocket easily. This makes the device friendly to travel with while increasing productivity on the go. The GPD MicroPC 2 is built with a 7-inch screen which the screen size is comparable with some of the larger smartphones on the market.

It is also worth noting that the screen can be folded reversely to turn it into a Tablet mode. The screen can also be rotated 180 degrees counterclockwise for presentation or different viewing purposes. Specification wise, this machine is packed with the Intel N250 Processor with Intel’s integrated graphics, 16GB LPDDR5 RAM as well as 512GB SSD storage. Also, this laptop is preinstalled with Windows 11 Pro 24H2 operating system instead of a Home edition OS. It has an ergonomic design where a full keyboard, touchpad and 3D mouse are being formed within a compact layout. This enable one to even operate and deliver with their thumbs while gripping the laptop with both hands. Imagine playing a handheld game console.

The GPD MicroPC 2 is not shy from their ports offering either. This machine is packed with 2x USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C and 2x USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports. Where both type of ports are capable to deliver highspeed transfer rate at ~10Gbps. It has a HDMI 2.1 port too, to allow connecting the machine with a bigger screen conveniently. Also, it comes with a RJ45 network port so that highspeed and stable connectivity is achievable while onsite.
